** Local Psychiatrists – specialists from Czech and Slovak Republics, are asked to provide a copy of their ID document together with the registration.
*** Postgraduate trainees in psychiatry and psychology – Are asked to provide a copy of the certificate from the supervisor or head of the department together with the registration.
**** Local & International Students of medicine, psychology & social work – Can take advantage of a reduced fee. Provide a copy of their student ID together with the registration

Please ensure that the name of the meeting and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadlines indicated. An email confirming the registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be emailed prior to the below deadlines:
- Cancellations received up and including June 12, 2025: full refund.
- Cancellations received between June 13, until September 18, 2025: 50% refund.
- Cancellations received from September 19, 2025: no refund.
*Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, a bank transfer handling fee (30 EURO) will not be refunded – applicable to bank transfer payments only.
